1. Let the Bodies Hit the Floor! - Drowning Pool lyrics
   Holy shit! This is such a cool opening. You know the CSI Las Vegas intro? With all the flashes and darkness? Yeah, this feels like that, except for this fic. I love it!


2. Lips of an Angel - Hinder lyrics
   Definitely saving this one for the Jon/Spencer mirror story. :-)


3. Chase this Light - Jimmy Eat World lyrics
   The lyrics of this one IS Pete in the last chapter for me. Very pretty song too.


4. Jailbait - Motorhead lyrics
   AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! win!


5. Bliss - Muse lyrics
   This one is so spot on for so many relationships in this fic for me, all in differnt ways. Especially the Pete/Patrick (Pete's POV) and Brendon/Ryan (Ryan's POV). Great song. Great singer. I love great singers.


6. Getting Away with Murder - Papa Roach lyrics
   This one is so Jon post murder no. 4 for me. All that anger and desperation for revenge. Really cool.


7. The Diary of Jane - Breaking Benjamin lyrics
   You have found me the perfect Bill/Gabe soundtrack! I didn't even get to write that story in this fic. O_O So, so cool! (It also works scarily well for the Ryan/Spencer backstory I have outlined for the mirror fics. Really, so, so cool.)


8. Missing You - Big Dismal feat. Amy Lee lyrics
   This one works so well for all three relationships for me, in very different ways. Nice song too.


9. Papercut - Linkin Park lyrics
   This is one of my favourite Linkin Park songs. Wow. So much desperation in this one. So much the last two chapters when they all race against the clock in my head. (Also, I kind of REALLY want to change my outline for the mirror stories now and make this song one of the victim's backstory. This song gives me chills. No lie.)


10. White Lines & Red Lights - Between the Trees lyrics
    This is so much the Brendon/Ryan storyline for me. I have a smile THIS BIG on my face right now. ♥


11. Here In My Room - Incubus lyrics
    Oooh! Creepy! And also weirdly romantic. Kind of perfect for the Pete/Patrick storyline from Pete's POV. :-)


12. Walking On Water - This Providence lyrics
    If this fic were a movie, this would be the song I'd pick for ending credits. So many little things that fit so many things in the fic, with so many different interpretations. Great way to close off this soundtrack.

These were things I thought about when listening to this soundtrack. I'm sure other people react way differently, which is kind of the best thing about adding music to fic. This was almost all new songs for me. Love the composition of this list almost as much as the songs. Great sense of cohesion and effect. Really, really liked it.
